Styling my dungaree

Hey lovelies

The weather's been improving lately, here in England (Surprise, surprise!) I've been seeing a lot of people wearing some summery outfits which makes me so excited and get into the summer vibes! So i went through my wardrobe and searched for some summery clothes and i found my dungaree! I was so glad to have found it then i questioned myself, why didn't i wear it throughout last summer, i only wore it for like a couple of times and i figured out that it's such a statement piece that can be hard to style especially with the tomboy vibes that it has. Therefore i'm going to be doing a few blog post on how to style it in different ways! From girly to grunge! So make sure to follow me and look out for those!

The reason behind my love for dungarees is the fact that it reminded me of my childhood so much and i just can't wait to wear it throughout this summer!

Is choker a shocker or a lover

Hey lovelies 

Chokers are such a controversial piece of jewellery as there are so many different opinions towards it. I personally think it's great but other might think the opposite. 

If you can choose the right one to wear with the right outfit, I think it will turn out just fine and it will complete the look. 

It certainly has that 90's vibes to it which is something I adore. But others have different styles that they prefer and I have no problem with that. Although I do have a problem when some people critise  others just because they're wearing it. Why? First of all, it is none of your business, someone's appearance will not affect you in one way or another. Your comments MIGHT affect them when it shouldn't. It shouldn't be a big deal! Second of all, that choker could mean a lot more to some people than it seems and it is not your job to ruin that sense of treasure.

Schedule?? What's been happening??

Hey lovelies

I am completely aware that I have not been posting anything for a while, it's actually shocking! But I do have a valid reason behind this haha so please forgive me. I've been preparing myself for my GCSE exams and it is obviously rather important, it's definitely something that I should prioritize first. However I am going to have a schedule from now on. I and determined to be more active on blogging because I really do enjoy it. Therefore I am going to post every Sunday morning, yes, I repeat, I AM GOING TO POST EVERY SUNDAY MORNING! 

Also I might as well tell you guys what's been happening in my life in the lay couple of weeks/ months. This year has gone by ridiculously fast in my opinion and I don't know if I like that or not because on one side I am SO excited for summer but on the other side, I feel like I'm growing too fast; I'm going to be in year 11 after summer holiday and that really scares me. 

And omg I can't not mention this, I met Mazzi Maz and Sam Pepper a few weeks ago on the 3rd of May with a couple of my best friends and honestly, it was one of the best day of my life, no joke. I made friends with some amazing people while I was there and it was great being surrounded by people who has the same interest as you! I am just so grateful to have the opportunity to meet them, they were so kind and just the was you expected them to be, if not 10x better haha. Me and my friends also had a chance to meet and talked to Chip Daddy for a little while after the show. You can go on my Instagram if you would like to see some of the pictures!  

That is all really, I've just been revising, how fun! Anyway, I can promise you that future posts will be a lot better than before, I'm going to be putting in more effort with everything. Revision tips

Hey lovelies

As I said on my last blog post, I am going to post regularly every Sunday and here I am! However as some of you might/ might not know, I still have a couple of exams to do and I haven't had chance to do anything else except revise, revise and revise. Therefore I thought it would be a great idea to share with you MY ways of revising and maybe it would help some of you! 

To begin with, I need to get myself organised. By this I mean, I need to be in a room where everything's tidy. It makes me feel more calm and in the zone to learn. I always tend to open my windows to let fresh air in.

I usually take a shower before revising because it's just very refreshing, i also like wearing comfy clothes. I mean who doesn't haha.

Next up, i need to get some snacks and coffee! This part is very important to me as i get hungry very often and i always use the excuse to go downstairs and get some food but i always stay longer than i planned which is time wasting so it's better if i have food around me while i'm revising. I usually have fruits and maybe some biscuits. Moreover, i am a coffee addict so it's a must. But if you don't like coffee (which is very bizarre to me) get some other drinks, water is good especially cold water; it will keep you dehydrated and also refreshing.

Music can be a distraction to some people but to me , it helps me concentrate somehow. It makes me feel like i have a company haha.

Phone is a big distraction as i always just go on my social media such twitter, Instagram, etc. So keep it as far away as you can. I am quite attached to my phone so it is indeed very hard for me but it's for the best I guess. Just think that you can only sit the exam once, one opportunity and you can always go on your phone at any time possible.

I am completely aware that people revise in so many different ways and as I have shared my ways and tips on revising, it would be great if you could leave comments down below if you have other tips as it would be very helpful! 

WDGAF TOUR

Hey everyone, I hope you're all well! 

This blog post is going to be rather random but I am literally so excited so I thought I might as well share it and maybe engage you guys to enjoy the fun with me! 

Okay I might not be making any sense up to now but as you can probably guess from the title, two of my favourite youtubers; Mazzi Maz and Sam Pepper are doing a tour around UK which I have been waiting for ages because they are literally my idol and to meet them would be absolutely insane! Their videos can always cheer me up, even writing/ talking about them makes me happy, I don't know it's weird. I love them so much it's actually ridiculous! Ok enough with the fangirl talk haha. Me and 2 of my best friends are lucky enough to go to their tour and we're going to the one in Manchaster on the 3rd of May (let me know in the comment if you are too so we can meet there;) I'm living in the world of excitement!!!

I'm posting this mainly because I am so fucking excited it's unreal, like I can't even describe omg. Also Maz and Sam have been arranging this and shit for a while now and it's finally here. Please come to their tour if you live anywhere near their tour places because I'm sure that will make them happy which will make me so happy too. Anyway if Maz or Sam are reading this somehow (yeah keep on dreaming alya haha) I LOVE YOU SO MUCH OKAY AND  I CAN NOT WAIT TO MEET YOU 

I'm literally counting down till the 3rd of May and I still can not believe that I'm going to go and meet them and talk to them and touch them and omg ok calm. I can get so emotional about this because they're so special to me, I respect what they're doing and I am just so thankful to have discovered them on YouTube because it has changed my life completely; my friendship group is formed by the YouTube community because we're all fangirls haha. What get me so excited and emotional is just the fact that me and my friends always fantasise about this. We always dream about meeting them and that dream is finally coming true. Back then we always used to say "haha keep on dreaming". The message behind this is for you to dream big and don't ever think that just because it's a dream, it will always stay as a dream, don't ever let that happen!  Work for it! 

Wow okay that was me expressing my inner fangirl haha, it might be a load of shit to some of you but honestly, ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE MEETING THEM LIKE WOW! I have never been this happy in my entire life OMG

Haul

I am aware that I haven't posted anything in a while as I've been rather busy. But today I have a fashion and beauty haul to share with you.

I'm going to start it off with the fashion haul. As we all know, we're nearing spring/ summer which means that I need to revamp my wardrobe. I have seen a lot of people wearing kimono and it was the first thing in my shopping list. I've seen a few really nice one from Topshop but they're slightly too expensive for me so I went to buy this one from New look. The main colour is black which is great as it means that I can pair it with anything and I love the floral prints as it adds that summery vibes. Kimono is a great piece to have in your wardrobe as it is so versatile. It's good for layering up and perfect for summer with its light weight material. Cost : £12.99

Knowing me, it's not really a surprise to buy clothes that are mostly black, blue, grey or white. I found this top in the sale from Zara which says "date me please" it's very light weight material, very slouchy, just generally great to chill or layering. Cost : £5.99

You can either love or hate choker. I've always been a lover of choker even though I don't even know that it will suit me. I decided to pick this one up from Topshop which is so beautiful in my opinion. The colour is acceptable for spring/ summer so why not. Cost : £6.50

These cut out boots are really on trend at the moment and I've been checking out different stores for it. I took a trip to Topshop and found one at the cost of £30 which is alright. I was just about to buy it until I realise that they don't have my size, sighh. So I went to Primark and found the exact same one (well kind of) for a cheaper prize. It's absolutely stunning, I am in love with it and I am just thrilled to have found it. Cost : £14.00

Moving on to the beauty haul, I have the full set of the Real Technique brushes. I originally have a few individual ones and i wear it non stop so I thought it's about time to purchase the full pack. You've probably heard about this a lot but yeah it's honestly so great, it also comes with its own case which would be very useful if you're traveling. Cost : £20.99

From Lush aka one of my favourite shops, I decided to re-purchase the Lip Scrub Bubblegum. I can't get enough of it. It smells and taste amazing. Cost : £5.10

My school is recently allowing nail polish to be worn which is such a relieve. The amount of time people get in trouble because of them is ridiculous. And for that, I purchased a few nail polishes. I purchased 2 colours from MUA; Pistachio Ice Cream, which I would describe as a mint green & Bold Blue, this colour remind me of the blue summer sky, they are so pretty. I've been wearing the Pistachio Ice Cream since I bought it and I received so many compliments for it. When people ask where they're from and how much they are, everyone get surprised as it is so cheap; £1 each! I also got another nail polish from Topshop which was in sale for £1. It is in the colour Straight Laced. I would describe this colour as a really light purple with a hint of grey. These three colours are beautiful for spring/ summer.

What's in my bag?

I haven't been really active recently and school work is taking full blame for that haha anyway lately I've been reading/ watching a lot of the What's in my bag tag. I'm just so nosey haha oops. So today I thought if share with you what I carry around in my school bag. 

1. A folder which contains all my books + planner.

2. Ring binder folder.

3. Umberella (essential if you live in England).

4. Make up bag to touch up during the day.

5. Chargers (essential if you have an IPhone as the battery goes down ridiculously quick) I keep it in a mini make up bag to keep everything tidy. 

6. Pens, pencils, rubber & other equipments that are usually found at the bottom of my bag instead of my pencil case.

7. A notebook as I like writing ideas for my blog/ just anything that is not school related.

8. A magazine to read during break/ lunchtime/ on the bus.

9. Sunglasses as it's nearing spring/ summer and the sun has made an appearance lately.

10. Camera & Phone.

11. Earphones which is a must, can't go a day without them.

12. Purse. 

13. Water bottle to keep me dehydrate + I need to get in the habit of drinking more water 

14. Hair brush, I can't not bring it to school because my hair is always a mess

15. Current book I'm reading which is 'Why We Broke Up' by  Daniel Handler
